Meet Shawnie
I've ALWAYS had an interest in photography. But where it really started for me was after my first son was born. His father had an old Olympus 35mm FILM camera that I happened to pick up over 30 years ago and fall deeply in love with. In fact...it's the camera I'm holding in the picture! From that point on I was hooked.
Some fun facts about me...I LOVE hats. I wear them almost every day! Beanies and baseball caps are my favorite. And I truly believe that coffee is ALWAYS a good idea!
Hey, why is your name different?
Yes, I was previously Shawnie DeutscH PhotographyI ran Shawnie Deutsch Photography many years ago and unfortunately had to give it up because you know, life happened. (I'm sure you can relate!)
So I thought... what better way to jump back into photography then with a beautiful new name.
And so, Raelynn Rose Images was born!
Raelynn Rose is a name that is very special to me. It contains the middle names of my mother, my sister, and my grandmother...all who have been very influential throughout my life.
And honestly, I think it's absolutely perfect!
Photography is the pause button for life
I would say my photography style is more true to life...but I can also be a bit light and airy, vibrant and colorful, earthy & warm, as well as a little moody. It just depends on what style my clients are trying to achieve. We will work together to capture exactly what you are dreaming of!
